It is difficult to grasp the profundity of what is about to happen.
The most corrupt, inept, incompetent and destructive president and presidency is about to leave the building, in a matter of a few days. America's founders have provided a democratic, peaceful transition through (what's left of) the Constitution. After 8 long years of White House idiocracy, it is hard to believe the power change will be swift and bold, and for this blogger, NONE TOO SOON.
I've heard the fat lady is starting to sing. It's clear, the bums are getting thrown out. And I know that OUR mission has been accomplished. This is certainly the end of an error.
But I've got two more words:
GOOD RIDDANCE.
